Description

SUMMARY:

Walker X is UBTECH’s most advanced humanoid robot, built for bipedal locomotion, dexterous manipulation, and autonomous household and commercial tasks. It features 41 degrees of freedom, high‑precision hands, whole‑body balance control, and a robust AI perception stack. Walker X represents China’s push toward practical humanoids capable of assisting in homes, offices, and public environments.

EDITORIAL:

Walker X is the robot that shows UBTECH’s long game. While many companies jumped into humanoids recently, UBTECH has been iterating for nearly a decade — and Walker X is the payoff. It’s stable, expressive, and capable of real manipulation tasks, from opening doors to handling objects with surprising finesse.

Where some humanoids chase athleticism, Walker X focuses on usefulness: smooth walking, reliable balance, and hands that can actually do things. It’s not a lab prototype — it’s a platform designed to live in real spaces. Walker X signals that China’s humanoid ecosystem isn’t just growing; it’s maturing.
