Description

Summary:

RobotEra L7 is a next‑generation humanoid robot developed by Beijing RobotEra Technology Co., Ltd., a spinoff from Tsinghua University. Standing 171 cm and weighing 65 kg, it combines high‑speed mobility, dynamic acrobatics, and industrial dexterity. It uses RobotEra’s ERA‑42 VLA model for coordinated locomotion and manipulation.

Editorial:

L7 is designed to bridge two worlds: entertainment‑grade agility and factory‑grade capability. Its demonstrations—running, jumping, dancing, spinning 360°, and performing complex manipulation tasks—showcase a robot built for both public‑facing performance and real industrial workflows.

With 400 Nm joint torque, 55 degrees of freedom, and 12‑DoF dexterous hands, L7 is positioned as one of China’s most advanced humanoids, competing directly with Unitree H1, Fourier GR‑1, and UBTECH Walker S2.
